Welcome to the SFAH Equipment Exchange.
Here at SFAH we understand the importance, and high cost, of the adaptive pieces of equipment that are so essential to our campers. The SFAH Equipment Exchange is designed to temporarily and/or permanently match adaptive and therapeutic equipment which has been donated, recycled or outgrown to our campers and alumni.
If you are interested in any of the equipment below, have need of equipment not shown, or have items that you think might be of use to others, please fill out the form below and one of our directors will be in touch .
Before applying to receive or donate any equipment to the exchange, please read the Information page.
In addition to the equipment listed please also contact us should you need smaller items such as parts, cane tips or golf balls.
