Now in our 125th year, Southampton Fresh Air Home (SFAH) continues its mission to empower children and young adults with physical disabilities through enriching recreational and educational experiences. Our four-acre campus in Southampton, NY provides a supportive environment where young people can grow,
connect, and thrive.

SFAH offers a warm and welcoming environment where campers can socialize, build friendships, and enjoy games and sports that are thoughtfully adapted for them. In this unique community of support, encouragement, and creative play, campers grow in confidence and independence. Many experience their first moments of leadership, teamwork, and personal achievement — lessons and memories they carry with them long after camp ends

SFAH is the perfect choice to give your child a life-changing adventure.

SFAH is one of the few residential camp facilities in the eastern United States designed specifically for children with physical disabilities.

For more than 125 years, SFAH has welcomed thousands of campers, providing a safe, joyful, and inclusive environment where children can play, socialize, grow, and thrive. Our adaptive programs and caring community encourage independence, self-confidence, and new skills that campers carry into their everyday lives. During their time here, children develop a strong sense of belonging, equality, and shared experience—often forming friendships that last long after camp ends. Most importantly, SFAH offers a year-round atmosphere of support, encouragement, and fun that truly can’t be matched. We invite you to explore our site, learn more about our mission, and see what makes SFAH such a special place.
We look forward to meeting you!
